Add all crepe ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and lump-free.

Preheat a crepe maker or a non-stick pan.
Pour approximately one-sixth of the batter onto the hot surface and spread it evenly into a thin layer.

Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes until set.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make 6 crepes.

In a bowl, combine the low-fat quark, vanilla protein pudding and Real Flavor White Chocolate.
Crush 2 Oreo cookies and fold them into the mixture.

Spread the filling evenly over the crepes.
Fold each crepe twice to create a triangle shape.
