Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown.
Dice the mango, wash the arugula and finely chop the onion.
For the dressing, purée 40g of the mango with lemon juice, lime juice, honey, salt and curry powder. Gradually mix in the olive oil.
In a bowl, combine arugula, mango chunks and onion. Crumble the feta cheese on top.Drizzle the dressing over the salad and finish with toasted sesame seeds.
