Indulge in the ultimate treat with our Nutella Yeast Rolls! These soft, fluffy rolls are filled with rich, creamy Nutella, making them the perfect sweet snack or breakfast delight. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, they are sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients for 12 rolls
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 8 g vanila sugar
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 500 g flour
  • 12 tbsp Nutella
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Warm the butter and milk in a pot until the butter is melted. Then let it cool to room temperature.

  2. Step 2

Whisk together the sugar, vanilla sugar, fresh yeast, and the egg, then add the butter and milk mixture. Gradually fold in the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.

  3. Step 3

Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead it well again. Then divide it into 12 pieces and shape them into balls. Roll each ball out individually, place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center, and then pinch the ends together tightly. Place the dough balls with the seam side down in a baking dish or on a baking sheet and let them rest for another 20 minutes.

  4. Step 4

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with top and bottom heat. In the meantime, brush the dough balls with melted butter. Then bake for 20 minutes. The rolls taste especially good when dusted with powdered sugar after cooling.
