50 g Prozis Pancake + Protein

1 tbsp erythritol

2 scoops Guosto flavoring powder (milk chocolate)

100 ml water

30 ml Zero Chocolate Banana Syrup

Duo chocolate drops (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the Zero Chocolate Banana Syrup in a circular shape onto parchment paper and freeze.

2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a smooth batter.

3. Pour half of the batter into a hot pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Place the frozen syrup disk in the center and cover with the remaining batter.

4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
