Ingredients
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 150 ml light cream (Crème fine)
Instructions
  1. Quarter the tomatoes and onion. Dice the bell pepper.
  2. Place them in a baking dish along with garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast everything at 150°C (300°F) for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Blend the roasted vegetables with the cream until smooth.
