On a floured surface, roll out both doughs into rectangles (approximately 29x48 cm). Place the cocoa dough on top of the plain dough. Spread Nutella over the cocoa dough, leaving a 5 cm border. Roll up the dough and cut the border into 1-2 cm thick strips. Braid the strips and place in a loaf pan.

Let the braided loaf rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5 Step 5

Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Brush the warm loaf with the sugar syrup and let cool completely.
