Make the crunch layer

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the Kadayif and roast until golden brown.
Stir in pistachio cream and tahini until well combined. Remove from heat.
3 Prepare the chocolate layer

Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Warm 50ml heavy cream in a small saucepan and mix it into the melted chocolate.
4 Assemble the dessert

Arrange ladyfingers in a serving dish to cover the base. Soak them lightly in milk.
Spread the roasted Kadayif mixture over the ladyfingers.
Top with the mascarpone cream and smooth it out with a knife or spatula.
Pour the chocolate mixture evenly over the top.
Drizzle with pistachio cream and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
