Prepare the dough

Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes.
Let the donuts cool completely in the molds before removing them carefully.
Prepare the topping

Combine the whey protein, cocoa powder and flavouring powder in a bowl.
Gradually add water while whisking until you achieve a smooth, spreadable glaze.
Glaze the donuts

Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze. Optionally, sprinkle with sugar-free chocolate toppings.
