Description

Start your day with a healthy breakfast that’s both nutritious and easy to prepare! These Mini Granola Bites combine crunchy oats, sweet banana, and delicious cocoa – perfect for anyone seeking a quick and wholesome morning routine.

Ingredients
  • 0,5 banana
  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 80 g maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1,5 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Add the oats, flaxseeds, maple syrup, cocoa powder and salt to the mashed banana.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and mix it into the mixture to form a dough.
  4. Scoop one tablespoon of the dough into muffin molds and use a spoon to shape a small hollow in the center.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Top with yogurt, your favorite spread and fresh fruit of your choice.
