    Dice the onions, chop the garlic cloves and grate the ginger. Then heat the oil in a pot. Add the onions and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until they are translucent. Add the garlic and ginger and sweat for another minute. Finally, add the spices and sauté for a few seconds.
