Ingredients
  • 250 g pasta
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-6 garlic cloves
  • 0,5 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 0,25 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0,75 cup Parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the garlic.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic briefly, then add the cherry tomatoes and cook until their skins start to blister.

  3. Deglaze with white wine, then stir in the tomato paste and spices.

  4. Add the cream and grated Parmesan, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
