Ingredients
250g pasta
4tbsp olive oil
4-6 garlic cloves
0,5cup cherry tomatoes
1tbsp tomato paste
0,25cup white wine
1tsp chili flakes
2tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1cup heavy cream
0,75cup Parmesan cheese
fresh basil
Instructions
Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic briefly, then add the cherry tomatoes and cook until their skins start to blister.
Deglaze with white wine, then stir in the tomato paste and spices.
Add the cream and grated Parmesan, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
