Ingredients for 2 mugcakes
4tbsp flour
3tbsp powdered sugar
8g vanilla sugar
0,5tsp baking powder
1 Pinch of salt
1 egg
40g yogurt
3tbsp oil
2tbsp frozen blueberries
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add egg, yogurt and oil. Then stir until smooth. Fold in frozen blueberries.
Step 2
Divide batter between two mugs. Microwave on high (800 watts) for 2.5 minutes. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
