Instructions

    Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

    In a dry pan, toast the pine nuts until golden brown.

    Meanwhile, chop the red onion. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onions until translucent, then add the cherry tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes burst open.
